Please place your order by 5pm on Tuesdays.
Your order will arrive with the next available Friday delivery — this may be this Friday or the following one, depending on popularity and stock levels.

Because all our meals are fresh and require freezer storage, we place orders regularly based on demand. The longest you’ll ever wait is two weeks for your order to arrive at the farm for collection.

  • Raw minces for home DIY

  • Offal trays for balancing your dog’s diet

  • Novel raw food items from trusted Australian suppliers when available

🌿 Other Whole Food Suppliers & Farmers

Subject to availability, we also source directly from other Australian whole food suppliers and local farmers. This allows us to offer:

  • Novel proteins for rotation feeding

  • Seasonal bones and meaty chews

  • Specialty offal and nutrient-rich organ meats

  • Farm-fresh produce to complement raw diets

Our goal is to give your pets access to fresh, nutrient-dense, ethically sourced foods year-round.

📦 How Pickup Works (No Delivery Available)

  • Pickup Only – We do not offer delivery on any raw food products.

  • Order Online – Select “Pickup” at checkout to avoid shipping charges.

  • Farm Delivery Schedule – Orders arrive at our farm on scheduled Fridays (every 2 weeks).

  • Order Cut-Off – Place orders by Tuesday COB before your chosen delivery Friday.

  • Collection Window – Your order will be labelled and stored in our pickup shed. Please collect within 24–48 hours (Saturday or Sunday).

  • Extra Stock – We keep some raw food in stock for emergencies, but pre-ordering is the only way to guarantee availability.
